Santa made a suprise visit to our house yesterday while we were at work and school to drop off an early present to Madelyn. She opened it last night and was so excited to see that he sent her one of his special Elf's to watch over her until Christmas Eve. We read the book that came with him so we would know what to expect from him over the next week. Madelyn named him Markle. The book says you might take his magic away if you touch him so we left him in his box under the Christmas tree last night before we went to bed. He is suppose to leave each night to fly back to the North Pole to give Santa a report and then he comes back here and finds a new place to hide and sometimes finds a little trouble to get into. Madelyn was very surprised to find that he had figured out a way to get out of his box last night while we were all sleeping. After his trip to the North Pole to report to Santa, he came back to our house and rolled our half bath in toilet paper! He also wrote "Good Morning Madelyn" on the mirror. Madelyn couldn't believe it! She was so excited and the look on her face when she found him and his mess was PRICELESS! We are all curious to see what he might get into tonight after we go to sleep.

how fun!!
yes, our baby boy is still nameless!! we did have about 8 hours to discuss some ideas yesterday while we were at the hospital, so mabey he will have one soon!
hope your feeling good too!
How funny! We got one yesterday also. While we were at work and school Santa delivered one to our house. He had already found a spot to sit when Baylee got home from dance. And like you said her reaction was priceless. She has been telling me all along she wants a "elf" and now they have one. They named him "Ralphie". When she got up this morning and saw he was not in the spot he was in when we went to bed last night she started scambling around looking for him. And she said there he is with a glow on her face. Before we left this morning, they both told Ralphie bye-bye! Christie
